TASA is a Non Government Organization (NGO) committed to fostering safety society, free from violence. Guided by its vision of a safe and inclusive environment, the Alliance promotes safety standards through public education, stakeholder engagement, and advocacy for policy and legal reforms.
Its impactful initiatives—such as Amani Yetu Kesho Yetu, Tudumishe Amani kupitia elimu, beach cleanups, anti-GBV campaigns, and road safety programs—reflect its dedication to build a resilient and harmonious future for all Tanzanians.

Climate And Environmental Justice
Tanzania Safety Alliance works to protect natural resources and promote sustainable living as a foundation for safety and sustainable development. We engage communities in tree planting, waste management, and climate education initiatives and blue economy activities, that reduce environmental risks and strengthen resilience. Through advocacy and partnerships, we encourage responsible practices that safeguard community and the planet for future generations.

Peace Building And Conflict Resolution
Under This category, Tanzania Safety Alliance fosters unity and conflict resolution at the community level through dialogue, mediation, and awareness campaigns. We train youth, women, and local leaders to become peace ambassadors who counter hate speeches, prevent violence, and promote tolerance
In addition Through education, advocacy, and community outreach, we raise awareness about justice, equality, and accountability. Our programs empower citizens to understand their rights, challenge discrimination, and speak out against abuse. By collaborating with local authorities and human rights defenders, we help build a Tanzania where freedom, dignity, and fairness are protected for all.
Child Protection and Gender Equality
Tanzania Safety Alliance (TASA) is deeply committed to creating a society where children and women live free from all forms of violence and discrimination. We actively work to combat Gender-Based Violence (GBV) by providing community education, supporting survivors, and advocating for equal rights and opportunities for all genders.
