🔙 TBT: Women in Leadership Training — Youth First Project
About a year ago, the Tanzania Safety Alliance (TASA) was honored to be part of the Women in Leadership Training, which was facilitated by @doorofhopetz and @msoapomtwara, through the Youth First Project — a program funded by @RESCUEorg.
The training was aimed at empowering young women and youth to take greater roles in leadership, governance, and community transformation. Through this initiative, participants were equipped with knowledge, confidence, and leadership skills to influence change within their societies.

Today, this moment is being reposted as a TBT to celebrate the progress made and to remember the power of investing in women’s leadership. It reminds us how collective efforts and collaboration between organizations can inspire lasting impact and equality .
